The Wave Payment Plan (WPP) makes it easy to book and pay over time for your 77th National Square Dance Convention® experience in Daytona Beach. Whether you’re planning a getaway or a group adventure, this flexible installment plan helps you budget with ease—no interest, no credit checks, and no stress.
There are two (2) options for the WPP. First option for the host hotel, the Hilton Resort, and second option for the dance leader hotel, the Hard Rock Hotel.
How it works
- Apply for a Plan Fill out the pre-registration form, choose your travel dates and then complete the WPP form with basic details like your name, mobile number, email, and mailing address to initiate your payment plan.
- Pay Over time Enjoy peace of mind knowing your trip will be fully paid before you arrive. Make fixed payments over the term with no interest and no prepayment penalties.
Key Considerations
- Interest-Free Guarantee: WPP is 100% interest-free. Your total cost is divided into equal payments based on your selected schedule.
- No Credit Checks: This plan does not affect your credit score and avoids the high interest rates of traditional credit cards.
- Automated Payments: You will be opted into autopay to ensure timely payments and avoid late fees.
- Final Payment Deadline: All installments must be completed no later than April 15, 2028, unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Plan Adjustments: Changes to your hotel selection or travel dates may affect your payment schedule and must be approved by the registration team.
- Communication: You’ll receive reminders and confirmations via email or text. Please keep your contact information up to date.
- Single, Triple, and Quad Rates must be requested in writing by sending email to housing@77nsdcfl.com
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to housing@77nsdcfl.com no later than April 15, 2028.
- Approved cancellations will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total package price, deducted from the total refund amount.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline or for missed payments without prior communication.
