Meet the Pit Crew

General Chairmen
Trent & Beth Hubbert

Trent and Beth Hubbert bring a unique blend of technical expertise, creative passion, and community spirit, fostering warm connections on the square dance floor. Trent holds a BSEE and an MBA, is PMP-certified, and volunteers with the League City, TX, Fire Department, applying leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure. Beth, with an Art degree, channels her creativity into an online quilting and fabric business and leads a quilting ministry at their church, fostering fellowship and artistic expression. Together, they have served as 3rd Vice Presidents of Hanger Squares, driving special events, social media outreach, and class coordination, enriching their 51-year-old club.

Dave & Michele Vieira

Dave and Michele Vieira bring energy, leadership, and a lifelong passion to the square dance activity. Dave’s corporate engineering career required strong problem-solving skills and leadership while working around the world, while Michele’s experience managing departments of more than 300 employees developed her expertise in organization and decision-making. Dave began his square dance journey in West Germany during his Air Force service, starting to call in 1976. Michele began dancing in Dallas, Texas, in 1991. Together they have shared their love of square dancing Dave having called in 12 countries and throughout the United States. Both have served in local and state square dance and callers organizations, contributing countless hours to the activity they love. Dave was honored with induction into the Texas Callers Hall of Fame, and Michele received the prestigious Texas Callers Association Life Membership Award.

Terri Little

Terri started square dance lessons in September 2000. Her parents had been dancing for 12 years and got her involved. In the years since she graduated, she has held a variety of positions at all levels of square dancing in Florida…many of them multiple times! She was awarded Dancer of the Year in 2007 and was inducted into the Florida Square Dance Hall of Fame in 2023. She has co-chaired 2 Florida state conventions (2011 and 2020) and has served as Treasurer on several others. She has 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren ranging from 9 years old to 5 months. She loves dancing around the United States and wants to travel the world as well. She has been to Ireland and there is a trip to Australia in her future.

Joyce Sellers
Joyce started dancing in 1974. She Round dances and has clogged. She square dances thru A2. She is current president of Log Cabin Swingers, Tool, TX. Joyce has served NORTEX as Area Vice President, Chairman of the following committees: Gram (Growth Retention and Motivations) Committee, Round-up Grand Prize & Featured Prize, Toys for Tots, USO Patriot Paws Benefit Dance, Updating the New Dancer Handbook and Promotion & Demo chairman. She was selected Single Dancer of the Year in 2016 and was awarded the Marvin & Helen Matus Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.

Jenny Green
Jenny grew up around square dancing and decided to take lessons in 2001. She held the Vice President position for the West Coast Association 3 times as well as co-chaired their Annual Fall Festival 3 times. She has been a committee member for 18 Florida State Conventions, 2 of them as co-chairman. She was the recipient of the West Coast Association’s Distinguished Service Award in 2022 and Central Florida Association’s Dancer of the Year award in 2025. She is currently the President of the Florida Federation and the Treasurer of the Central Florida Association.

Bill & Leslie Rebik

Bill grew up square dancing and attended his first NSDC in 1965. Leslie danced ballet, ballroom and disco in her youth, finally learning to square dance in college in 1979. Married in 2004, Leslie attended her first NSDC in 2005. Country Western and Line Dance enthusiasts, Leslie and Bill became Advisors to the Cal Poly Country Line Dance Club for 15 years and exposed many university students to the world of square and round dancing. Leslie and Bill have been dance leaders at local, regional, state and national square and round dance festivals and conventions. In 2021, Leslie and Bill moved from Atascadero, CA to Inverness, FL. As frequent festival dancers, their dance community grows bigger each year.

We have been dancing since 2008 in Texas City Tx. The club was called Heiss Foot which means “HOT FOOT”. In 2009 we joined Hangars Square in Friendswood TX. In 2010 Heiss Foot club decided to close due to low membership. In 2009 we became Friendship Director and still hold the position for Houston Square & Round Dance Council. As of 2017 we became President of Hangars Square. In 2023 we were Information Vice Chairman for Texas State Federation. In 2023 we were Dancer of The Year for the HSRDC. We work with the 75th Nationals as Passport Book Directors.
